Climbing
What I find most captivating about climbing is its unique duality as a skills-based sport that encourages individual self-improvement but still creates space for camaraderie and connection.
I'm fortunate to land in roles that allow me to blend my love for climbing with my knowledge in sociology and psychology.
Executive Business Partner
Climbing Rehab
Climbing Rehab is a hybrid physical therapy practice and social media page that focuses on health outreach and education for rock climbers.
In my role, I work with Dr. Miguel Zevallos, PT, DPT to innovate and optimize social media engagement strategies, increase brand presence and client conversion, and drive business strategy.
Notable partnerships include Friction Labs, GP-81, and Movement Gyms NYC.

Amy Stone Project
The Amy Stone Project is a NJ/NY-based non-profit that creates professional and recreational rock climbing opportunities for people who are underrepresented in climbing.
In my role, I collaborate with local gyms and experienced route setters to host free professional development opportunities for early-career setters.
We have partnered with USA Climbing to offer the first free L1 clinic for underrepresented route setters.
